I'm highly confident that JULY VB will move to JAN 22, 2010. I also informed by DOS EMPLOYEE that AUGUST/SEPTEMBER VB will be unavailable visa number and interview will be schedule after VB published.

Who did give the info for AUG/SEP VB's predictions for F2A category. Tell us the phone number and/or options to select or the name of the person who gave you the info. Lets all of us call and confirm.

VB dates and movement are never predictable except Charles at DOS.

You could be wrong or could be correct. But i'm agree with you that Interview will be schedule after VB published. My friend of mine IR1 category received interview date for July. His case was completed on last friday and this morning got schedule for interview.

I dont trust that AUG/SEP will be visa unavailable. As you posted in your previouse, I totally agree that I also have bad luck with immigration. I have waited 2.5 years for name check clearance at my EB2 category, even though visa number was available for bangladesh EB category.

I know your frustrated. Just be patience. Please do not write the post that make us more miserable.
