Baye,

Have you bother to call NVC today? Since you have only 4 days away from current VB, I believe you will be receive some pisitive answer by now.

Thanks

I called them yesterday and they told me to wait patiently... and they do not have anything to say more than that because everything is secret down there....so I am waiting the visa bulletin and I will call them again.

Guys, have some patience. I believe that Interview letters should start flowing from tomorrow thro next Wednesday 06/06. VB may likely to be published either by the end of next week June 08 or in the mid of the following week. DOS needs to have all the info received from US Consulates abroad and publish it online.

I have been following this forum for a while and I decided to join too. I have not had much luck with immigration either. My husband and I have been married for about 9 years and we have two daughters together (5 years old and 14 months old). He has never been here in the States as the American Embassy has refused him a visitor's visa or a student visa based on the assumption that he would come and stay here even after the visa expires. Immigration lost my file in 2005 and all they said was sorry, but you have to submit everything all over again. They gave me a reason why the file was lost and it was a stupid reason. Apparently, our file was too big and they had to transfer it to a different department for a bigger folder and it got lost on the way. As angry as we were we found out we could not do anything about it. We submitted everything all over again. Our case was completed on December 17th 2010. As many other people retrogression affected us too, so now we are waiting for the interview date. Hopefully not for much longer. We have been patient enough. Our PD is March 26, 2010. Good luck to everyone.
