Still no interview letter. My sister's case was current last 2 months (APRILVB) until now i don't recieve an appointment. So worried. I called nvc and same answer they are giving to me.

Please be advised that any applicant who has missed the interview for any reason must request us in writing to schedule another interview. The request must be made via our inquiry form on our website at http://hochiminh.usconsulate.gov/contact/ivinquiries.html. We will schedule a new interview approximately 2-3 months after we receive the written request. You may wish to contact us at the end of each month for further information about the appointment date after we receive your request. The beneficiary's case may be terminated if the beneficiary fails to pursue the application within one year of the original interview date.

The NVC cut off dates are 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of any month..So in this case, it will be 8th Feb 2010..

If they tell you they will send it to you, its ok.

but I have not understood the reason for the delay if all goes well for your sister.

Yes. I'm calling them everyday. But they always say that, they are waiting to be scheduled in manila us embassy for an interview.

We just sent our application and documents last march, and then her case and my case was complete last april. I don't understand, mine was scheduled this coming 28 is my interview. We have same priority date sept.13,2009. She wasn't scheduled.

File Approved : February 2009 at the time of approval my age was 18 years 10 months and 10 days.

Priority date current: 1 September 2010 at the time of priority date becomes current my age was 20 years four months and 2 days.

Visa bulletin current: 1 September 2010.

Receive all the documents Including IV fee bill in which my name was mentioned even receive DS-230 and my name was also mention in DS-230, Even we send once all our original documents once but it was send back to us because of last retrogression in January 2011 and at the time retrogression my age was 20 years 1 month and 2 days.

now my question is that how CSPA will apply one me ? what will be the procedure ? how to Calculate CSPA.

Can Any body help me in this matter
