Congratulations to people who have recvd interview dates!!! I am so happy for you all :)

Please PRAY for me now...i hope by end of this year i will be with my husband....

i had a question is it that after the fiscal year there will be a retrogression or because of the increase in no. of applications. after August... i don't want that to happen...please pray for me......

My Priority Date is 6th Oct 2010

I don't think we gonna see retrogression,because we didn't see any big jump like before, I guess everything is under control, they going forward little by little without big jumps, the only think im worried that,on end of fiscal year we may expect high volume of filled applications, wich will make DOS move forward more slowly then now.

RFE DNA/ did the DNA test req 8/2/2012

8/3/12 Collection kit was mailed in Tirana embassy (for my brother)

8/13/12 my brother was called at the embbasy. and the kit was mailed out to DNA center in California.

9/7/12 The results mailed out to Tirana Embassy

9/14/12 embassy called my brother to mail his passport to get his visa.

DNA journey lasted 6 weeks

I agree...I do not think we will see a retrogression any time soon....Although never 100%predictable, Retrogression is not something that happens very often, and we just went through a huge one recently.... unfortunately, but let it just be in our past...brighter days are waiting for us in the near future :)

Hello Friends!

Big Congratulations to all who got IL this month, and rest will get IL very soon (CHILL).

Have a question guys, I have emailed NVC 2 weeks before regarding change of Consulate, after a week i got reply from NVC send us inquiry again with inquirer name NVC case number BLA BLA i have sent it last week. Today i have got reply from NVC again saying:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: LNDxxxxxxxxxx filed by ABC on behalf of XYZ.

The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed.

( is this a serious issue) to change the consulate i have send them my Passport copy and national ID card. Please help me with that.

PD 22 june 2010

PD Date: 22 June 2010

Case Complete: August 2011

Interview: 19th Nov 2012

Result: AP ( Green Sheet & no documents required)

VISA in hand: 07 dec 2012 :)

Haven't recieve yet the interview appointment of my sister, her priority date is sept.13,2009.

Her case was completed last April2012. Hoping that she will be scheduled this july.

hello there kabayan! i dont expect to be scheduled any soon since my PD is jan2011. You might be scheduled, try to call. I just wonder how come you just recently completed your case knowing all 2009 were already done. Goodluck kabayan.

still waiting for I/L. It's too hard to wait.

No one hasn't receive interview email yet. We just called NVC & they told us that about interview date. I believe interview letter will send by this afternoon.

So I would recommend you to call NVC and get the interview date and soon you will receive interview email.
