AOS based on K1 transferred to CSC

My AOS based on K1 spouse case was transferred to CSC on 2/1/2012. What are the processing times for AOS based on this type of application? It seems like the website is reporting employment based I485 which doesn't refer to spousal based AOS.

If you go through the forum you will see a lot of people are transferred to CSC.

Being transferred to CSC is meant to speed up the process but lately its taking just as long as people who wait for interviews and in some cases longer than.

Expect the regular 4-5 month wait for processing from start to finish.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Im in the exact same boat. AOS was received 12/21/2011 and was transferred to the CSC on 2/1/2012, and havent heard anything since. I have both AD and EAD. Ive heard people say that after 180 days you can raise a service request. Does anyone know if this is 180 days from Receipt of Transfer, as of today its 135 days receipt and 93 since tranfer.

Thanks in advance

November filer here, transfered to California. Still no green card, although it does look like they're getting them out to October filers now. Oh and a mid December transfer.

180 days from receipt by CSC, NOT transfer notice date! My transfer notice was dated 12/19, but CSC had already received it 11/25.

Ours was just transferred to CSC today. So, how does this affect EAD and AP? It would be kind of nice to get those sooner than green card. Will they just show up in the mail someday, or will something additional happen first?

EAD and AP are usually processed within 90 days, by the Nat'l Benefits Center. So even if your AOS went to CSC, your EAD and AP didn't. Did you apply for EAD and AP? They require separate applications which I don't see on your timeline..?

We did the applications for them all together. Oops, I didn't notice there was a place to add all that EAD and AP stuff separately on the timeline... I'll go do that now.

You should get a biometrics appointment letter after applying. Usually within two weeks. They will not create the AED/AP combo card until after you do your biometrics. Other than that, its all a waiting game now unless they decide to interview you for the AOS.

edit- oops just saw you got your letter in your timeline. I'd try to go early if its allowed at your location. A late bio appointment can slow down the EAD/AP.
