Have been wondering where or not to ask this question and can't find it in any searches so here it goes.

I am the petitioner and sponsor. We filed our AOS April 18th along with a co-sponsor. I was unemployed at the time when filing forms.

But I have since found a job which is only part time 25-30 hours a week. Do I need to file something with the uscis now to show this or

just leave it alone, seeing how it isn't full time work?

Thanks

:)

If your annualized income will now meet the requirement then you will want to submit an updated so that the joint sponsor is no longer needed.

I do not think you need to contact anyone right now. You can bring your updated information with you to your interview, if you even have one. It probably won't matter though or be needed, unless you are now making enough to not need the joint sponsor any longer.

Does it meet the requirements so you don't need a co-sponsor? If not then I wouldn't worry about it. If so, you can try and get the co-sponsors I-864 pulled but really USCIS doesn't need to know, unless your income DROPS.
