ROC after fraud alegations

Hey everyone,my GC expires in January 2013.My first three days I entered this country was embarassing.My husband threw my daughter and I out in the snow with no cash.However I always heard the old folks talk about always having some emergency cash,so that I had. Before he took us back to the room,my daughter (6 yrs old then) wanted to urine and he didnt allow her in to go to the washroom and she pee herself up and was crying.This was an army base hotel.He threw us out of a hotel room that we were staying at and put us in another room and told us that we have to get out by 8am.However that wasnt enough for him.At 1 am he had the officers come to my room and accuse me of stealing his phone.Theofficers asked me if the can check my stuffs and I agreed and the didnt find anything.That wasnt enough,he told them I was illegal and they should deport me and that wasnt enough too.He told them that I was destroying stuffs in the room .However the oficers were so kind and the knew I was dealing with an insane person and I showed them my documents and they asked me if I wanted to make a report about what happened and they also told me that dont think all Americans are like that.W had to travel 5 hours with the bus to get to my sister.

After 3 months,my husband contacted me asking for a second chance>I decided to accept even tough my family didnt agree.Now I am here with him I have no medical insurance.He buys everything in his name and he told me that he dont trust me enough to get me medical insurance and that when I starts to work then we would buy things together.I have this man on tape teling me all these things.Before I came back with him.He called the USCISand ICE to tell them that he was defrauded by me and he wants me to be deported.

This man used alot of narcotic medications and has a mental and psycological problem.He use to call my family and abuse them.I have emails that He sent me saying all these things.Back in my home country,he reported me one time to the US embassy there and told them that if anything ever happens to him it was because of me.Later after that,he filed for fiance visa for ma and the denied me.He then wanted t get married which we did and this is what my life is presently.I just would like some advisew how to go about this because this guy doesnt mean to change and he is off some of the meds now,but it seems like this is who he is.My GC expires in January and he dont plan to do anything and we fight almost everyday.i am planning to leave and get a divorce.It happens that my daughter isnt with me becaues she said she cant be around him for what he put us through.

If he is in the military you need to contact his commanding officer. If you look in the military spouse forum and ask your question there I'm sure there are more people there that can tell you where to get help. The military won't allow such behavior.

true! you gotta get somehow a hold of his squadron commander. what would make it easier: do you have an ID to get on base or do you have friends that can take you on base?

YOU can file for divorce . once the divorce is finalized, YOU can file for removal of conditions (the 10 year card) casetype. Include a set of paper work on you, another on your daughter.

inmaterial what he says. you're his spouse and therefore should be enrolled in DEERS.

i suggest you contact the base chaplain, who can assist you in many ways - are you aware he's also supposed to be providing financial support to you?
