My husband and I filed I-130 and I-485 on March 15th, received NOA a few days after. I received biometrics test notice shortly after NOA and finished biometrics on April 9th and I havent heard from USCIS ever since. I checked USCIS website a couple of times, no updates at all. I am a little worried...am i worrying too much?

Do not expect to hear anything for quite sometime unless its an RFE request.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

hi dont be worried!!! i filed both of those as well march and got my notices dated march 19th. had bio done april 13th and JUST TODAY got notice for interview for june 13th

so have patience it will come i was very worried and panicky as well but cried tears today when i saw the update online

March 19th - received NOA

April 13th - Biometrics

May 03rd - notified of interview (06/13/2012)

May 06th - received interview letter in mail

May 11th - received notification of EAD card in production

May 19th - EAD in hand

May 23rd - Applied for SSC

May 29th - Received social security card in mail (card in hand)

June 13th - Interview (approved on the spot)

June 13th - got notification of approval

June 18th - Card in production (also received welcome letter in mail)

June 21st - Green Card in hand

End of this journey....

Thank you for your response!! I was hoping at least receive interview notice (It would not matter even if the interview would not take place in 2 or 3 month!!) or something like that. No updates just nerve cracking!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Do not worry, you will receive something very soon. Try not to think about it too much.

3/23/2012 (Day 0) - I-130, I-485 and I-765 sent
4/02/2012 (Day 11) - Hard Copy of NOA1 in the mail of I-130, I-485 and I-765
4/04/2012 (Day 13) - Received a letter for biometrics appointment for 4/20/2012.
4/20/2012 (Day 29) - Biometrics done
5/03/2012 (Day 42) - Status online changed to interview, scheduled for June 11
5/16/2012 (Day 55) - EAD Card Production, online status update
5/24/2012 (Day 63) - EAD Card in the mail
6/11/2012 (Day 83) - Interview, approved on the spot

05/19/2014 (Day 0) - Mailed I-751

05/27/2014 (Day 8) - Received NOA1

IIRC, there's been a recent retrogression on uscis processing times for this type of AOS when the person is from China.

I'll dig up the thread, post it here.

I may be wrong, a bit, as that blurb specifically mentions E2-B. You can always call USCIS and ask if your casefile will be adjudicated prior to 1 OCT or will it be held for after 1 OCT. Ask of an ISO, a Tier 2 Human - see ISO - http://www.dhs.gov/files/publications/gc_1305658440339.shtm
