Hi all,

I got an email notification about updated my Case Status: Card/ Document Production.

But on April 24, I just got another notification.It said they required a REF.

So confused me, did they make a mistake?

Because I haven't received the letter for a REF yet.(mailing address problem)

And now waiting for another letter? :bonk:

I-130 NOA1:2011/10/17(217 days)

After 187 days REF:2012/4/24(email)

REF:2012/5/7(mail)-stupid photo

REF Sent:2012/5/8

REF reviewing:2012/5/15

Approved NOA2 :2012/5/21(email)2012/5/24(mail)

It could very well be a mistake but if there is an RFE coming its been a week and you should get it soon but I would say computer error on their behalf

I got RFE and it is still being processed. Acording to what is requested on that RFE will determine the time you will take to send it to them. Then you will have to wait for them to process it befor you get an approval.

call into uscis and ask if any returned mail pieces exist on you, asking an ISO ISO - http://www.dhs.gov/files/publications/gc_1305658440339.shtm

if that's the case, then update yer address with the ISO,

and ask that all returned mail pieces be sent to your new address

and then

tape a name card to the postbox, so that the postal carrier understands that you indeed, do live there.

My husband went to the local office to ask about the REF.

However, they couldn't know what really the content was.

The office staff also sent a request to USCIS for us.

Now, we just wait the REF mail.

Then the day after, we just received Card/Document Production notification.

And he said there was nothing called" Tier 2".

Because last time, he called them again and asked to talk to their supervisors.

The form is for Alien? for me?

You don't ned to worry about the AR11 as you would only have to send that off when you get here to the US and moved from original address you have on your application. Keep t in case you move when you get here.

RFE crazy huh get the photo off ASAP and then your case will continue .
