hello

there!

i just wanna ask if we could write a waiver of wxtreme

hardship waiver to meet personally reason is he was fired out of his job so doesnt have the income that time year 2009-2011 sonits been like 3 years since the last we met

what do think the best thing to do

Same as you were advised before when you asked about this: you will not be granted a hardship because your fiance does not have enough money to visit you. The best thing to do is have him save enough to visit you, and for all the immigration fees and related expenses that will be needed. Then refile the I-129F after you meet face to face again.

There are many large fees for this immigration progress, and after the I-129F is approved, he will need to provide an affidavit of support proving he can support his household plus you at 125% of the poverty level or higher. If he is too poor to even visit you, he is not going to have enough to pay all the fee and expenses, sign the affidavit of support for you to get your visa, pay for you to travel to the US after that, get married, pay the $1070 fee for filing AOS, and sign yet another legally binding affidavit of support.
