hi everyone. i was wondering if you could help me with this.

How to do this MY OWN COVER SHEET before sending it to NVC??

Received 221g(NBI with AKA)

Sept 5, 2012- sent requested document

Sept 6, 2012- Received doc at USEM by Mr. Leonilo Bernardino

Sept 10, 2012- called USEM and VISA WAS ISSUED

Sept 13, 2012- RECEIVED MY VISA

Sept 14, 2012- CFO seminar done(SMEF-COW)

SEPT 22, 2012- HAPPY FOREVER AFTER

it is not necessary to have a certain kind of cover sheet. it should depend on how you arrange your packet. so list them accordingly from doc 1 t so on so when the adjudicator looks at it they can easily follow the arrangement and find the said or listed documents
