Do both parents need to sign the Parental Advice for the CFO Seminar? My Fiancee's father is away from home working and only her mother is available. Thanks in advance VJers.

I know some people who have done it with only 1 parent. If a parent is missing, passed away, or working far. But if you can get another close relative to stand in as guardian figure, that is accepted also.

First.. I need to ask you something, are your fiance's parents legally married? If so, I think you need both signature and it also depends on the age of your fiancé. If your fiancé's parents are not legally married, mom's consent is all he/she needs.

On the "Consent To Marry" form their is only space for 1 name and signature and it also says in the instructions that one is needed. I would still consider throwing everything you got at them, maybe can send one to the father and have him send it back. Then have two forms, but according to the Form instructions not required. But they can do whatever they want at the CFO is what it sounds like.
