Dear all, I would greatly appreciate your help!

I was just notified of the selection of DV Lottery 2013. While going through forms I need to fill I face the problem with question 29 of the DS-230 form.

I have two children from my previous marriage (21 and 16) who are US citizen and live in US permanently. I live in Moscow and plan to immigrate to USA together with my current family (wife and two kids). As my US children are US citizen and do not need visa I have not included them in the initial DV lottery application. Should I include them along with my Moscow children under bullet 29 in the DS-230 form? I am tempting to include as it is required to indicate ALL Children.

Please clarify.

Family members refer only to your spouse and unmarried children who had not reached age 21 before you entered the lottery. As you said that the us children they do not need visa they are also US citizen so I think you have to put your Moscow children on question # 29...Good Luck!!!
