Me and my husband are currently applying for AOS but I'm a bit confused regarding the form I-864. I'm currently unemployed due to my pregnancy so my joint sponsor will be my sister which lives with me. Some say each of us should fill out a separate I-864 but from what I've read on the directions for the I-864A I think since we live together she should fill that one instead. My sister is single and has no dependents so my husband will be the only dependent she'll have. Should I fill out the I-864 for me since I'm the main sponsor and the I-864A for her? Thanks in advance

Your income is zero, so there is nothing to combine. You and the sister both complete an I-864 in this instance.
