Hello everyone, This is my first post. I would also like to thank VJ for the help it has provided in filing I130 for my wife.

We recently got my wife's new passport with her married name, however she signed all the applications and documents for this new passport with her maiden signature and so as a result the new passport contains her maiden signature, but the name on the passport is married name. Further more the G325a form was signed using her married signature. Is this going to be a problem in the future with NVC stage, green card, travel etc? If so does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for all the help in advance.

support everything with copies of the old and new passport, also I suggest to write an explanation note, and besides that set clear that the name she will use to travel, etc is the one that appears in the new passpot as married
