Hi,

I got an email Monday evening from NVC stating that my AOS had been invoiced. I have been trying to make the payment since then , most recently 5 minutes ago, but keep getting the following error: "You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information." Anybody else experiencing the same thing? My impression was that you can typically pay the day after being invoiced.

Thanks!
