Happy new year, to everyone still reading this thread 7 months later !

Anyone with any NEW news from CSC ?

I am still waiting. My wife and i called the other day the USCIS and we were transfered to the CSC office and the representative told us that it was already at a work station. (Somebody has it on its desk) So, hopefully we will hear about it soon!

I see I'm not the only one who is still waiting for the GC!

We filed mid May 2012 and got transfered to CSC too. On August 1st, I got my EAD/AP and since then nothing! I hope they will hurry up now

Are we still in the time frame or can we give them a call and find out what's going on?

Yes, you are not the only one! There are still a few people who are still waiting. You can call any time. I called recently and it is still within the time frame for the CSC. My best wished for you!

I am still waiting as well, today I just got the answer for my service event, basically that they will work on it when they will have the resources...the thing I hate the most is that I might have to renew my work permit if I don't hear anything in the next couple of months.

We are all in the same situation. Lets just be hopefull and remain positive. When did you file? Was you case transfered to CSC?

I don't want to renew my work permit either - no fun at all! If we would have to do that, would we have to pay for it again??

yes we are still waiting too. sent in our application at the end of april/early may 2012 and was transferred may 24th 2012. seems like it is taking forever! how long before the EAD expires should we send in renewal papers if we haven't heard anything?

On Jan 16th i got a text notification that my case was approved, since then i have received like 5 more texts updating me about it. i am sure your cases are moving forward and your cases will be approved soon. I filed on May (18th i think) and it was finally approved. My case was transfered to CSC as well. It felt for ever. I really wish you the best on this journey and remain hopeful.

Congratulations!!! Finally some good news, you are around my date so hopefully they started to work the batch I am in lol...

Wow , CONGRATULATIONS,

We called 10 days ago and they had no info for us.

I just received an email today summarizing the phone call then it said the following :

Hello, Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke.

Thank you and have a great day!

So we will see hopefully in less than the 45 days indicated.

It is a joyfull momment for some of us but some other are still waiting so lets keep posting and encouraging eachother as the rest waits!

I filled May 22nd 2013, it was transfered in June to CSC and i got approved on Jan 16th 2013.
