We have our interview appointment tomorrow! I'm so excited, not nervous at all!!

My husband was persistent and got them to review our case. We now have a new interview not a Stokes and we requested that they tape it. They also promised us with a new officer. We should expect the letter in the mail. Thank you for all who wished us well. Were excited to have the new interview done so we could move on with our lives

Yes we would everyone in touch. That interview was so messed up that they had no choice but to give us the new interview when presented with the facts. Congratulations again on your approval!

I am on my way home! Easiest interview I have ever been, finished in 5 mins. He asked the hubby my birthday and asked me his birthday and how long we have been married. Then he said do you guys have joint bank account or something. So we gave him every financial evidence we have. The officer was really happy to see we bought a house together, he decided to finished the interview when he saw that. He said basically I passed, but he has to do one last check, if I don't get a call from him by 5pm today, I can expect my green card in a week. And he also explained the ROC stuff. Overall a very pleasant experience. Now let's hope I don't get a call!! lol
