Does anyone know what is the rule with conditional GC, I thought that it is only being given to couples who have been married for less then two years at the time of the interview. I have been married 11 years and on my Welcome notice it says that I will be receiving a conditional 2 year GC and need to remove conditions 90 days before it expires

If you have been married for 11 years, you're supposed to get a 10 years GC. Could the actual GC be correct when you receive it? Like the previous poster suggested, I would recommend calling USCIS and inform them of the mistake.

My mom is in a good place right she received her ead card on July 28 and she applied for her ssc and also received that so things are looking bright . So now the wait begins cause her case was transfer to CSC on June 6.....
