Oh we got the EAD today. Sorry, I was too distracted by the misspelling of the name and I forgot to update here.

I just had a horrible interview. The office was picking in details that honestly I don't think it was her business (I.E my ex J1 visa and ex-student visa - I have never overstayed none of them, and made the transition from one to another SUPER legally).Millions of questions, all kind of them, She left the room with my documents and came back a couple of time (is that normal?) and for last came back saying that we dont have enough proof we are a couple ( WHATTTT? I sent her a good amount of pictures from since we started dating, holidays we spent with family, trips we made) . Yeah that is true we dont have a bank account together, leasing or insurance, but it is only because he is full time student and that's why we got his mother to sponsor us. She ended up the interview saying, that IF she let us go, the next interviewer would also tell us that we lack of documents. (OF course not, within two years both of us would have already gotten a job and consequently have more assets together!). Bottom line, we didnt get a yes or a no.

Also she kept my I 94. did you guys had yours handed back?

So frustrating =(

mine was not that bad but less questions than i expected and she took my i94 too.. now i am floating in the wind for the decision.

Received a 2nd EAD production email today. Am I correct in thinking this means it was sent out today?

Decision means that they are gonna approve or deny. Did you get an approval email?

The first thing I got following our interview was "card production". Then it went to "decision" and then back to "card production". When it was on "decision" it said that they had registered this customers new legal permanent resident status. Does yours say that?
