OMG I am panicking. I do not have the original passport of mine sponsor to bring with me just copies. Will that be a problem????

I don't think so. Just make sure you and your spouse have your original passports/IDs and you should be ok.

No worries, I asked the same question 2 days before my interview. :D

I think they are looking for proof that you entered legally. So, if you have an I-94, passport stamp, etc.

33 june 10 - called USCIS to inquire about Biometrics appointment

35 june 12 - received letter dated June 12 from USCIS saying i do not need a Bio since they pulled my recent Bio from file

40 june 17 - called USCIS and talked to Tier 2 and was able to get my receipt number to monitor my status online.

N-400 Journey

00 - 2015/05/15 - sent N-400 packet to USCIS

2015/05/20 - check cashed

2015/05/23- I-797 received

2015/05/30 - biometrics appointment for June 08 (early walk-in)

2015/07/08 - interview notice

2015/08/10 - received interview letter for 9/10 but ask to reschedule

2015/08/18- received a notice email that my interview has been cancelled

My wife and I are still waiting on our interview appointment to be set. In the meantime, we've been trying to take advantage of her EAD. We went yesterday and successfully applied for a social security number and card. Today, we are going to the DMV to get her a drivers license, and to the bank to add her to my accounts. It appears she has a job offer as well. We'll know more once we talk to the business owner this week.

One question that occurred to me as we wait... She was approved for Advance Parole as well as Employment, and her EAD is the combo EAD/AP card. She was out of status from April 29 until May 11 when our package arrived and was entered into the system. Would those 12 days or so of her being out of status trigger an automatic ban if she attempted to take advantage of the AP and left the country to visit family in Mexico? We are not planning a trip before we receive the GC, I just wondered what the rules are in the event something happens and we have to go back before our interview.

How do you guys feel about taking intimate text conversations between my wife and I?

I'm not taking anything like that. I feel like physical evidence like her being on my bank account and lease will be more than enough for them to see we are a real couple. I don't think it would hurt you to have it, I just don't feel like it's necessary. That's just my personal opinion, however, and I'm sure others will vary.

I don't think that's necessary but that in my opinion. That's not gonna prove anything. Joint accounts would be sufficient or even sworn affadavits from families and friends. Don't forget about taking a lot of pictures. A picture says a lot!!

You still have sometime to add your name to her bank account. Did you already apply for SSN?

Getting your name added to a bank account doesn't require a lot of time.Hopefully you will get your SSN before your interview. Once you go to the bank and get your name added, just have them print out a bank statement with both your names on it. That's what I did when I sent my pakage in...It will work out so don't worry too much
