At 2:30, I received two emails and two text notifications. They were for the I-130 and the I-485. I put the details in my signature.

At 2:45 I received two more text messages - one for the I-130 and one for the I-485. I got one email, for the I-765. Nothing had changed for the I-130 or I-485, so I guess someone was a little trigger happy with the text notifications.

Anyway, things are moving along. I'll keep my signature detailed so anyone who gets as nervous as me can see what's normal for all these notifications. It's a little unnerving to see the blue dot go backwards from "Card production" to "Decision".

Got my ead card in the mail today. Took 9 days from notification to getting the card in hand.

Yesterday, was my Step Son's 16th Birthday and we had a small party at the house for him. And guess what, I also got my EAD. That's 7 days from production to delivery. Next Stop Interview on the 15th.

Hi everyone.

I filed for AOS on May 10th and received my NOA1 on May 14th.

I have my EAD and AP.

I live in LA... When I sign onto the USCIS tracking website it says my green card application is being processed at the NBC - it hasn't been transferred - and it is still in the first stage of processing. 'Accepted' or whatever they call it.

When can I expect an interview date? I would like to say a very firm goodbye to the American Immigration process (for the next 2 years) as soon as possible!

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

me and my wife just had our interview an hour ago.

We got approved!! (well, the interviewer said we were approved unless she finds some other document missing that we need to bring in again)

the interview took about 20 minutes. Most of it was just going over the application form and confirming those answers. Was way more relaxed than I was expecting.

I was so relived. Wasn't able to sleep well last night, and my hands were all sweaty before the interview.

But being the pessimistic in me, I consider it still up in the air until the online status says approved.

Haven't had a chance to post in here since we applied, but here is my timeline.

5/28 - Mailed out the package

5/29 - USPS sent notification that package had been received.

6/27 - Biometrics

8/6 - Interview (Approved!)

EAD still isn't in production yet though.
