I really hope you get your interview notice soon. You were consistently ahead of me and then your case just sort of stalled out. Probably because you're at a Southern CA office. I bet they are swamped down there. Sometimes it pays to be near a cow-town.

I try to put all these behind right now, So time will pass faster

but I know it will come, I have been reading LA's timeline, people usually get their interview notice at 4 months and finish interview around 5 to 6 months. oh well, but seeing you getting close to the end makes me happy! Makes the whole process looking real. haha

Our interview is Thursday. With any luck, we'll be waiting for the greencard and not worrying about the EAD. (Finger's crossed. I'm kind of starting to freak out.)

Sounds like a mistake. Don't just leave it and hope for the best - consequences of not filing I-751 at the appropriate time are pretty dire, so you could suffer from USCIS' error if you're not careful.

I will contact them as soon as possible.

I just checked my status and its Testing and interview! The day is September 4th. Woke my hubby up jumping and screaming on the bed. Time to start preparations

Just got another update email from USCIS that my wife's EAD card production has been ordered. That's the second notification for that, five days after the first one. I wonder what's up with that...

It's normal to get two or three "Card production" notice from them; read the body of the emails, the content might vary.

Yeah, I checked both, and the only difference is the date of which card production was ordered. It was odd, because previously, every single text I'd gotten had come around 5:45pm, EST. Today's came at 8:00am.
