Just received the appraisal required for my RFE, about a week after he said it would be done. At least I have it though! I am anticipating mailing my RFE out Monday, or Tuesday at the latest. It's wonderful to see everyone's interviews coming along! Congratz to everyone that has an interview letter in hand, and good luck to everyone still waiting! :)

Hoping things will speed up for you as soon as they get the RFE response.

Until now i don't received any progress about my GC :(

Are you adjusting from a K1 visa (I see your case was transferred to CSC)? If that's the case, your hope would be for them to schedule you an interview at your local office because the CSC is backed up right now

One question came up to me. If I already have the interview letter, does that means that all the docs I submitted were correct and I won't have a RFE? Is it right?

I believe that you could still get an RFE at your interview (the IO at the local office could ask you for more evidence), but my understanding is that if you have been scheduled for an interview, the people who have processed your case so far are satisfied that they've seen enough to move it along.

Well I see that it is mostly for taxes, so my guess is that it is for taxes.

My husband didn't filled for the last 6 years because we lived in France and when we called IRS they said that he didn't have to pay anything but I am guessing that USCIS still want to see him file it and then get the return paper.....

Will probably know by next week...... :(

April 3rd 2012: I 130 send to Chicago

May 16th 2012: I 485, I 765, I 131 send by USPS priority mail at the Chicago lockbox

May 18th 2012: AOS received and signed by D.Colonna at 2:18pm at Chicago

June 4th 2012: got my all package return, restarting from level zero again :((((

June 6th 2012 Wednesday (day 0): Info pass and resend the whole package by USPS express mail at the chicago lockbox

June 7th 2012 Thursday (day 1) : package received and signed by Arturo B at 11:45 am

June 19th 2012 Tuesday (day 12): text notification that application was received by USCIS

June 20th 2012 Wednesday (day 13): check was cashed

June 26th 2012 Tuesday (day 19): Hardcopy NOA dated June 19th.

Hello, everyone!

I see some of you guys are having interviews, I hope everything goes quick and you all receive your papers soon.

My process is still on hold because I also got a RFE, they asked for the tax return 2011(someone wrote by hand: form 1040, 2011), I have everything I need to send them, however I have a question regarding to the Form 1040: My husband used turbotax to file his taxes, and besides the form 1040, it was also printed lots of other forms, like: Federal Information worksheet, Personal Information worksheet for Taxpayer, Dependent and Nondependent Information worksheet, Tax Summary, and so on... My question is: Should I send just the copy of the form 1040 (2 pages) plus a copy of the W2? Or should I send the whole thing, including all portion of papers printed?

I am sorry it sounds like a dumb question, but I am not so acquainted with those kind of papers, I thought you guys could clarify it to me. Thanks in advance.

My interview is at Santa Ana. Where is yours?

Btw, I have a question. My husband (USC) changed address with DMV. However, he doesn't get a new driver license with updated address yet. I wonder when we come to the interview and they ask for ID, will it be a problem with his driver license with the old address?
