Got my beautiful pink RFE hard copy in the mail today (note the sarcasm). :angry: Sure enough, it was for 2011 tax returns and all supporting documents. Oh well, that was the ONLY concern I had when I sent it off, and I suppose things could have been worse. I'll get to work on it and send them in. Hopefully this won't delay the EAD.

I called 800-375-5283. The people were very nice, but unfortunately, they had no information to offer me. I'll bet your situation will be the same. Maybe we just got placed on the bottom of the pile.

Did you order the transcript in advance? Hope it won't take long for you to return the RFE documents.

Ok I am getting a little worry again :unsure: I know I asked this before but my bio appt. was for the 6/5 but we walk in early two week before that on the 5/24 . I have not heard anything from them and is almost a month since bio successfully completed. Do you think I should start counting the days from the originally appt. or the walk in.? :help::bonk:

Day_75 07/18 Card production order (Work Permit)

Day_? 08/22 Interview and we got approved ! :)

I think the real waiting comes after the biometrics. That's what they said.. I have seen some timelines that have a month or so gap after the biometrics.. I've done my 3 weeks earlier than the set date.. Hopefully there'll be news soon. Good ones. Good luck!

Same here. My wife did her biometrics on June 8, and nothing. I did get an RFE for the I-485, but I don't believe that should slow down the EAD process. Frustrating.

Usually, you will hear from them between 35-50 days after the "priority date". If you're lucky, the early walk-in might help but don't count on it and be disappointed.

Biometrics Complete 6/26/12 - Charlotte, N.C. Location - Appointment was for 3:00 pm arrived at 2:50pm and finished in 20 Minutes - Great Personel at this location :)
