I just called up the USCIS to check if they can find my case online since my checks were cashed but no e-notification. The customer service was so nice that he searched for my case and gave me all my case numbers yeeeyyyy. I was informed that the letter of action was mailed on May 25th so it should probably be in the mail anytime soon. So i guess if you guys want to check and get your case numbers, try calling the USCIS hotline 1-800-375-5283 and they are so nice to assist you with any questions you may have. Its only been a week since i mailed my package. Hope this info helps others.

Sent mine on the 18th,called them twice and both times they could not find my case number nor was the cheque cashed.Guess that it was your day, happy for you though.

I suggest you call USCIS 1-800-375-5283 and request if they can search for your case. They just have to ask for specific infos.

I called them and I am not on the computer so she told me to email Chicago lockbox with my tracking number and to wait for a week

Just wanna share I received a text message about an update on my case and I still got to do Biometrics next Monday

On June 1, 2012, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action.

I'm confused on my situation.. We filed AOS on May 10. I recieved he I-797C which was for the biometrics appt (june 18). But yesterday when I checked my application status (both my EAD & AOS) online, it says that :

Initial review:

On May 31, 2012, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case.

Same goes for my I765 by the way..

Now I'm worried..

Either they made a typo error on your address thats why it didnt reach you. Well coz it happened to me, i only got the NOA for one application wherein i sent 4 different ones. When i got the one NOA, they made a mistake with the address Instead of 142nd they put 14nd (i wonder why this one was still delivered to me so i figured i didnt get the other NOAs because of the mistake). I called them up to make the correction and they said that they will send me another copy of NOAs which will take 2 weeks maybe. I will wait this weekend if the other missing NOAs will be in the mail, if not, will call again on Monday just to make sure the biometrics letter is not yet sent out to the wrong address.

Did they even try to look for your case? Like ask for your name, birthday, etc before to decline your request?

Yes, they did, actually the lady was very nice, she said that sometimes it takes up to 4 weeks to get process, but I am a little suspicious about that checking everyone else timeline! But what can I do about it, beside wait? So I send the email to Chicago lockbox, will see next week.......

That is your biometrics letter.

Do you have two other letters from the USCIS? In your situation you should have three pieces of mail.

I see that was weird. Just make a call to verify the address they have on file and if the address is correct, you can request them to send the NOAs again. I read on here based on the comments and experiences that it wont affect the process.

I saw your timeline that you sent out first the I-130 then followed by the other forms on another date. Did you put a cover letter in the latter forms explaining that you have earlier submitted an I-130? i just dont know if that was relevant.. Im sure experienced members here can help you further on that.

I saw your timeline that you sent out first the I-130 then followed by the other forms on another date. I should have two more NOAs (receipts for I465 & I765 right?) but I only have the biometrics appointment. I hope this is a good thing as long as it won't affect my application.
