We got our hard copy NOAs today. Now I can start stalking the mailman for the biometrics notice. :whistle:

That would be pretty lucky. But at what point would you feel comfortable spending the money? I'd probably leave it sitting there for about a year, out of fear that they'll show up one day looking for it. :P

Congrats!!! get ready for the bio letter next week :)

Hey guys, I see the Bio appointments happen usually less than 30 days from the filing date. As you see on my timeline, I received a text with the case numbers on May 22nd, but no noas hard copies and biometrics letter yet, should I be worried?

Today is holiday and I have a chance to get it tomorrow in the mail... just wondering if I can show up to the appointment in a later date if I don't get it in time :/

Sorry, rereading my statement now, I see it is really confusing... I meant, we know usps is not always reliable, if they deliver it when the appointment date is passed :)Anyway, it has been just a week, you are right, I still have time.

never mind, I know the waiting is the worst part in this process. but we have nothing else to do, and remember we all have to go in this journey. and it's very rare cases when the mail is not delivered the way it should be. so just be optimistic. :thumbs:

I didin't hear anything abut my case since may 18th, starting to get worried?!?!

Really hope I will get something tomorrow.....

I need to start working my husband is the only one working and we have 2 kids.....very hard for me right now.

April 3rd 2012: I 130 send to Chicago

May 16th 2012: I 485, I 765, I 131 send by USPS priority mail at the Chicago lockbox

May 18th 2012: AOS received and signed by D.Colonna at 2:18pm at Chicago

June 4th 2012: got my all package return, restarting from level zero again :((((

June 6th 2012 Wednesday (day 0): Info pass and resend the whole package by USPS express mail at the chicago lockbox

June 7th 2012 Thursday (day 1) : package received and signed by Arturo B at 11:45 am

June 19th 2012 Tuesday (day 12): text notification that application was received by USCIS

June 20th 2012 Wednesday (day 13): check was cashed

June 26th 2012 Tuesday (day 19): Hardcopy NOA dated June 19th.

June 28th 2012 Thursday (day 21): appointment notice for bio on July 9th at 1:00 pm

My friend sent her packet at May17th, she didn't head anything either, Don't stressed out too much, It's coming! :)

My package was received at USCIS on May 11. Today is the 29th and I still have received no e-notifications, letter, nothing. My checks were cashed, so I know someone opened my package, but that didn't happen until late last week. I wouldn't worry yet.

It took me 15 days to receive the text message with the case numbers and 22 days to receive the NOA's hardcopies. Yours is coming soon, hang in there :)
