Yes i did include the G-1145 form.

yeeeyyy i just found out, my checks were cashed on May 30. I wonder why they didnt send me e-notification. Oh well atleast now i know someone did open my package :)

Timeline (concurrent I-130, I-485, I-765 & I-131)

May 21, 2012 (Day 0) - sent package via USPS express mail at 6:24pm

May 23, 2012 (Day 1) - received by John Chyba at 11:41am at Chicago FBASS address

May 30, 2012 (Day 7) - personal checks were cashed

May 31, 2012 (Day 8) - called up USCIS since checks were cashed and 4 case numbers were given

June 1, 2012 (Day 9) - received NOA for I-765 dated May 29, 2012 with error on address. Called up USCIS for correction

June 2, 2012 (Day 10)- received NOA for I-130, I-485 and I-131 dated May 29, 2012 with the correct address

June 4, 2012. (Day 12)- received biometrics appointment for June 14, 2012

June 12, 2012(Day 20)- walk-in biometrics (only 2 days in advance from original schedule)

Have you sent the form to have text/emails updates? I would say no because you would have receive them. But if they cashed the check, you should receive the NOA hardcopy very soon.

Hi,... I mailed mine on 21st too.... Which USCIS that u mailed to?

I sent it via usps express mail to Chicago FBAS address.

Timeline (concurrent I-130, I-485, I-765 & I-131)

May 21, 2012 (Day 0) - sent package via USPS express mail at 6:24pm

For those who sent their package at the end of April or early May, has anybody seen a "Touch" (a change of last updated) in their account?

Day_01 05/05 AOS Package delivered (I-130,I-485,I-765).

Day_31 06/05 Biometrics done.

Day_46 06/20 Interview Notification

Day_79 07/23 Interview. Approved.

Day_86 07/30 Received GC and EAD

Im so dumb. I mailed my package with a confirmation delivery only. i should have mailed it with signature. well, according to d delivery conf# my package was delivered on 05/23/2012 (2 days after).

I'm not expecting one til after my biometrics because There won't be an update/"touch" on the case until after biometrics. That's when USCIS starts to process the rest of the applications

Still nothing in the mail...its stressing me out, I really need to travel to France in september and need AP...The guy clearly told me on the phone to wait 30 days after NOA...I am sure the guy in charge of my file is slow because it took them forever to send us NOA after receiving the package and I had to call for that too.... :crying:

AHHH I just checked my status online we got an RFE....:( they mailed it yesterday, I wonder what I have forgotten..its probably because I didnt put the 2011 tax return because we didnt have it yet...I keep you updated, at least the RFE was fast, unlike some people waiting 6 months to have the RFE...I hope its nothing crazy...

I keep you updated when I receive the letter...

Yes! You're right. I'm quite sure your RFE is your 2011 tax returns as everyone needs to show that with I-864 filed after the April 17, 2012 tax deadline. If you filed an extension, just send that but it would rather be great if you have the copy of your 2011 tax return sent.

My package was also received on May 23rd. No e-notification yet but on May 30th, my checks were cashed. Did you get anything yet?

I hope its not the medical that got lost..:( Also I thought RFE s and biometrics appointment had nothing to do with each other? I still didnt receive my appointment... :crying:
