Hoping this will be a shorter waiting time. sent mine in on the 7th of may received email on the 10th that application was

received and forwarded to the National Benefits center. received hard copy today.

Have you sent the form to have text/emails updates? I would say no because you would have receive them. But if they cashed the check, you should receive the NOA hardcopy very soon.

Lol this thread is talking about May 2012. I'm hoping that May 2013 filer's get a faster response than we have. 1 year later still waiting.

Well, we put in a 2nd service request at the end of March, which we got a response April 15th that it's currently being adjudicated and should have an answer within 45 days. We've not heard a single thing back from them since then, and the end of 45 days is May 26th. So guess we have to wait til then. On the USCIS website it's not even been "touched" since December 11, 2012.... so i'm not sure how they can say it's being adjudicated if they haven't even touched it.

We contacted our Senator's office and she got a response from them today too, pretty much saying the exact same thing and that if we don't hear anything in 60 days she can contact them again for us..., so that was pretty much useless. cray5ol.gif

Have you heard any response from your RFE yet?

Its under under review since May 6th.

I called and spoke to Tier 2 and she told me that tge May6th date just means it arrived, not tgat anyone looked at it (but they had to look at it, how else would I have gotten an update!?) And that I just have to wait like everyone else.

This waiting process sucks, Im so happy I got my GC but I feel your guys pain! I really do...I didn't do anything differently then to send in an application for an AP and renewal of EAD. I don't know if that had anything to do with them finally accepting my AOS application. Wishing on a star, did you send in the application to renew your EAD yet?
