Have you sent the form to have text/emails updates? I would say no because you would have receive them. But if they cashed the check, you should receive the NOA hardcopy very soon.

40 june 17 - called USCIS and talked to Tier 2 and was able to get my receipt number to monitor my status online.

FINALLY! Got an email from USCIS for interview september 19th, but the email says at National Benefit Center? Is that normal? We live in Berkeley I don't see how in the world we can go to the NBC for that? Did anyone got an email saying the same???????

They always say the same thing in the email coz I think the email was sent from NBC

when you get the hard copy you will see the time and location.

Congrats to you too! ^^Now we have to change the tickets for our honeymoon. We were supposed to leave for hawaii the day of the interview grrr! Now we need to pay $$$$ to change that! argh! But i won't complain, at least we are there!

I guess the interview will be in SF then. Im just worried about some papers to bring; do we have to rebring things we have submitted before like the affidavit of support+papers from sponsor and joint sponsor? Or just birth certificate marriage certificate and evidence of bona fide relationship? aaargh!

I just can't wait for this sh*** to be over!!! :crying:

I would be super nervous too... I can't wait for my notice... hopefully is before the month ends... So it looks like they take about 3 months to schedule interview and about 4 months for the actual interview date...... Oh I hate this waiting game... this has been the slowest time of my life...

I was reading and a GOOD % of interviews taken place in LA are approved... Wish you the best.... :dance: :dance:

Yes you should receive a hard copy (797 Notice of Action) for the I-130 as well as one for the I-485.

Edit: I'm a bit confused because your signature says you received it on 08/03

I received an email that my card is in production, will they send me a second "touch" email on card production just like they did with EAD card?

Yeheeeey! Just got an email/Text my green card is on production! Thank God! Now when can rest for 2 yrs. :):dance: :dance: :dance:
