I didn't get RFE but it took them 89 days to approved my EAD lol. Congratulations on your approval. Hopefully, you will get your interview notice soon :)

Have you sent the form to have text/emails updates? I would say no because you would have receive them. But if they cashed the check, you should receive the NOA hardcopy very soon.

It has been stressful,but now am relieved..

9/13-(day 106) Interview October 17TH (TOTAL 139 DAYS)

That sucks but look on the bright side, you're finally done and you won't be dealing with USCIS for two years. Congratulations :)

Congrats and welcome aboard!

Atleast one is relief and can go out there and get a job, USCIS will hear from me in couple of months if i dont have my AOS approved soon. lol.... lol.

Got my EAD card approval email at last...after 2 RFEs....

It has been stressful,but now am relieved..

Congrats, also got two RFE's but still no news from AP/EAD..:( Status is still RFE response review..:(

AOS Sent: 2012-04-25

AP: Sent 2012-04-25

EAD:Sent 2012-04-25

NOA (email) : 2012-05-08

NOA (hard copy) 2012-05-14

RFE for 2011 Tax return: May 29th 2012

Biometrics appointment letter: June 7th 2012

RFE Response Review: June 21st 2012

Second RFE notification by email: June 25th 2012, need a joint sponsor, despite meeting poverty requirements, USCIS apparently doesnt know how to read figures...

Biometrics appointment: 2012-06-28

Second RFE Review: July 30th, 2012 Hopefully now things will move on!

EAD/AP Approved/Card Production August 13th 2012

Email for Interview scheduled September 19th, August 14th 2012

Hard Copy Interview notice: August 15th 2012

EAD/AP Combo Card in hand: August 20th 2012

Interview:approved on the spot, stamp in passport: September 19th 2012

GC in hand: September 29h

Day_31 06/05 Biometrics done.

Our interview went pretty well, but we were requested for original of documents that we dumbly forgot to take with us (birth certificate and I94), and we submitted directly to the officer but she was going on 2 weeks vacations the next day, she had advised us that once she get back she would check on the originals and make a decision.

The decision came actually fast, considering the situation! :dance:

Is it normal for the I-130 have no updates at all, just the I-485???

How long should it take until my husband actually receive the card?

How long should it take until my husband actually receive the card?

Yes the I-130 will stay the same for a few days until you get an email that it has been approved (~4 days after first approval notice).

The card usually arrives between 8-10 days after first approval notice.

Congrats, can you tell me who's birth certificate did they need: only your husband's or yours as well? My husband (who sponsors me) is a naturalized US citizen so will he still need to bring his Foreign birth certificate in addition to his US passport and citizenship certificate to the interview?

The US passport will be enough
