Have you sent the form to have text/emails updates? I would say no because you would have receive them. But if they cashed the check, you should receive the NOA hardcopy very soon.

I just got an update on my AOS, interview will be on august 13, Does anyone have any ideas on what possible questions are? What to bring? And how do we get ready for it :)

No, still waiting for mine. When did you send in your aos packet? I sent mine may 8th still no interview letter

I sent mine ahead of you and I considered mine as may filer coz my check was cashed on may 1 :) but my priority date is April 28.. :)

My tracking info showed Corbin,Ky.. but the address on the envelope was from Lee's Summit, MO. Anyways, you'll get your card soon :)

My EAD case hasn't gotten a touch since may 18th, should I contact USCIS? I'm not sure if this is normal or not. I already have the interview appointment for the 31st, but it still worries me that the case hasn't been worked on...

My timeline thus far:
AOS (2012):
- May 10th- Mailed package
- May 14th- Package received
- May 17th- NOA1 for I-130, I-485 and I-76
- May 21st- Received NOAs for I-130, I-485 and I-765 in the mail
- May 24th- Received Biometrics appointment in the mail for June 11th
- June 11th- Biometrics appointment
- June 28th- Received interview appointment for July 31st
- July 21st- EAD card production notice
- July 30th- Received EAD card in the mail
- July 31st- AOS interview (approved)
- August 6th- Applied for SSN
- August 9th- Received GC in the mail!! :D
- August 11th- Received SSN card

ROC (2014):

-June 27th- Mailed I-751 (Signature confirmation confirmed the date)

-June 30th- Receipt date for NOA

You can follow this link to read some reviews. A search for "interview review" or "interview checklist" will bring up a few others. I would recommend following the March filers progress report (those adjusting from non-family based visa); it has a lot of good informations.

Day_01 05/05 AOS Package delivered (I-130,I-485,I-765).

Day_31 06/05 Biometrics done.

Day_46 06/20 Interview Notification

Day_79 07/23 Interview. Approved.

Day_86 07/30 Received GC and EAD

May filer here, and got an email for an interview middle-august, yay and nervous at the same time. :)

I am starting to worry about my EAD. I read a thread where they got the AP approved but not the EAD and later on the latter was rejected. :(

I just read the entire thread, and I think I misunderstood the poster. The AP was accepted but the EAD was rejected. I only read the post that appeared in my search query, my bad.

Interview notice received yesterday! :) But still no EAD/AP touches?

Most of the May filers are by NOW getting EADS/AP/Interview Notice today. All I got is interview notice only BUT I did not even get an ALERT by EMAIL or SMS as USCIS has been doing previously. I am sure I requested a notification mail and sms.

I only manage to check that my interview mail letter has been set is by manually checking the website. Had I not checked it I would not have known that.

Has anyone experienced my situation, because most of the May Filers are getting EADS first before interview which is very normal.

Can anyone advise.
