They transferred it either to your local uscis office or California csc. If its California,then you wont be getting an interview(50% of K1s dont). If its to your local uscis,then you will get an interview.

Wait for the interview notification &/or mail

thank you Southerncomfort... I hope it goes to CA so that it will speed things up a bit.. crossing my fingers till then..

Have you sent the form to have text/emails updates? I would say no because you would have receive them. But if they cashed the check, you should receive the NOA hardcopy very soon.

Getting transferred to CSC will slow things down. Some people who were transferred in December are still waiting for their GC to be approved.

Hi guys

Congrats to the lucky approved :)

Still didnt receive the second (!!!!) RFE in the mail but did my Biometrics this morning hopefully ill get my AP soon! I really just need to travel to my family in september!

I really don't understand why we got another RFE because I submitted all they asked for for the tax return. Maybe I didn't do it properly? My husband has an accountant and it was all the accountant has sent so I wonder if that was wrong or if they ask for something else.

Usually when evidence is missing do they ask for everything in one RFE letter or do they send separate letters for each missing evidence? I didnt submit 6 photos in my application but 2 so maybe its that..Or my medical got lost? aaaaaah. Im going crazy. :bonk:

There's a possibility that it is still related to the first one. Hope you will get it soon.
