I filed my AOS on May 3rd and my online status is still showing Acceptance(I485) and Initial Review(I130).

I did my biometrics on May but my files haven't been touched yet.

Should I be worried?

4/26 2012 Mailed I-485 & I-130 including supporting documentaion

5/02 2012 Package arrived at Chicago Lockbox

5/08 2012 Check cashed

5/12 2012 Biometrics & NOA notices in mail

5/14 2012 Early walk-in Biometrics for I485 (5/29 2012 Original biometrics appointment)

5/14 2012 Mailed I765

5/16 2012 I765 delivered

5/17 2012 2ND Biometrics NOA for I485

5/18 2012 Completed 2ND Biometrics

6/04 2012 Received Biometrics NOA for I765

6/05 2012 Early walk-in Biometrics (6/21 2012 Original biometrics appointment)

6/25 2012 Online Status Update : EAD 6/23 Card Production Ordered

6/27 2012 Online Status Update : EAD 6/27 Card Production Ordered

6/28 2012 Online Status Update : EAD 6/28 Card picked up by USPS

7/05 2012 EAD in hand.

8/17 2012 Interview letter received ( Interview date : 9/17 )

Have you sent the form to have text/emails updates? I would say no because you would have receive them. But if they cashed the check, you should receive the NOA hardcopy very soon.

you can have my EAD, I will take your interview notice.. lol EAD is useless as soon as you have you GC, so I don't know why you get so angry . Getting ready for the interview is the most important t

No, you should not worry.

After my biometrics I never had an update online until I receive my interview letter.

My EAD still has no touches or updates.

Patience...and Best of luck!

No, you should not worry.

After my biometrics I never had an update online until I receive my interview letter.

My EAD still has no touches or updates.

Patience...and Best of luck!

What is your interview date?

Day_31 06/05 Biometrics done.

Day_46 06/20 Interview Notification

Day_79 07/23 Interview. Approved.

Congrats to all who have interviews, I got a second RFE letter today...I just got an update by email so I don't know WHAT they re asking for again. I sent everything they asked in the first RFE (tax for 2011) so i m starting to freak out. :( Did anyone got 2 RFEs?

AOS Sent: 2012-04-25

AP: Sent 2012-04-25

EAD:Sent 2012-04-25

NOA (email) : 2012-05-08

NOA (hard copy) 2012-05-14

RFE for 2011 Tax return: May 29th 2012

Biometrics appointment letter: June 7th 2012

RFE Response Review: June 21st 2012

Second RFE notification by email: June 25th 2012, need a joint sponsor, despite meeting poverty requirements, USCIS apparently doesnt know how to read figures...

Biometrics appointment: 2012-06-28

Second RFE Review: July 30th, 2012 Hopefully now things will move on!

EAD/AP Approved/Card Production August 13th 2012

Email for Interview scheduled September 19th, August 14th 2012

Hard Copy Interview notice: August 15th 2012

EAD/AP Combo Card in hand: August 20th 2012

Interview:approved on the spot, stamp in passport: September 19th 2012

GC in hand: September 29h

Congratulations and good luck with your interview.

Congrats to all who have interviews, I got a second RFE letter today...I just got an update by email so I don't know WHAT they re asking for again. I sent everything they asked in the first RFE (tax for 2011) so i m starting to freak out. :( Did anyone got 2 RFEs?

I hope it's not about lost medical record =/

I haven't got an interview letter or RFE but my online status for I765 is updated from review to Card/Document Production this morning.

I can't be happier since I filed I765 separately.

Eventho I filed G1145, I haven't got any updates on my status other than the initial accept txt/email.

I'll keep you guys updated when I get my EAD card in mail.

If you haven't got your EAD update, you are almost there. It's around the corner. =)

in my case I got my EAd like 2 weeks before my interview didnt even use it only to obtain my social

and thats abt it

no... this is the situation for many and it was like this for me for a few weeks but as time went the process seemed fast

i still cant believe my AOS journey is over and it felt like last week i applied

March 19th - received NOA

April 13th - Biometrics

May 03rd - notified of interview (06/13/2012)

May 06th - received interview letter in mail

May 11th - received notification of EAD card in production

May 19th - EAD in hand

May 23rd - Applied for SSC

May 29th - Received social security card in mail (card in hand)

June 13th - Interview (approved on the spot)

June 13th - got notification of approval

June 18th - Card in production (also received welcome letter in mail)

June 21st - Green Card in hand

End of this journey....
