I mailed my AOS again on 6/8/12. Its been 5 days since i mailed it and i haven got any reply yet. But the cashed my check yesterday. When they usually send us a notice that they accept my AOS?

Have you sent the form to have text/emails updates? I would say no because you would have receive them. But if they cashed the check, you should receive the NOA hardcopy very soon.

If they cashed the check yesterday you should hear somthing by today or Monday. Did you sign up for email of text notice?

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

I mailed my AOS again on 6/8/12. Its been 5 days since i mailed it and i haven got any reply yet. But the cashed my check yesterday. When they usually send us a notice that they accept my AOS?

I called my bank on June 7TH to track checks since no email/letter and teller said checks where cashed June 6TH, I received my NOA's June 9TH (saturday) and the NOA letter says priority dates for I-130 says June 4t and I-485 says June 5th but yet I received them together.

The acceptance step is typically completed within 2 business days of when the application is received. (I think you might be getting hard copy by tomorrow or monday)

It feels is kind of behind because it mailed in between a weekend.

March 19th - received NOA

April 13th - Biometrics

May 03rd - notified of interview (06/13/2012)

May 06th - received interview letter in mail

May 11th - received notification of EAD card in production

May 19th - EAD in hand

May 23rd - Applied for SSC

May 29th - Received social security card in mail (card in hand)

June 13th - Interview (approved on the spot)

June 13th - got notification of approval

June 18th - Card in production (also received welcome letter in mail)

June 21st - Green Card in hand

End of this journey....

I just got my notification today. Im waiting for my biometric app. notification now. Since i re-mailed my AOS on June, It makes me become June filers. Thanks all.... :) Good luck 4 all of us!

Is going to be in a month!

And just today they also updated my portfolio online, but only for I-485 which now says: schedule for interview.

I have Tps so my aos did not include an EAD application mine expire next year in september....

I also got my NOA text on May 8th, but got the biometrics scheduled for...June 28th :blink: I hope once that is done, that Ill also have the interview scheduled soon.

Anyways, congratulations to you, it must be a relief, I am sure everything will be smooth for the rest.

Any other news anyone? I gave up on trying to do a walk in in Oakland, since I don't have a car and don't want to stroll around oakland by myself. Ill just wait next week I guess ^^

My RFE respond has been received last monday (I tracked it via USPS) but still nothing has changed online, it still says they sent me the RFE but not that they got the response.. Hopefully once they update that, the rest will go fast.
