Hello,

So finally I resubmitted the all case with a big letter explaining that I have a pending I 130, copy of my case status on line and copy of my all I 130 package,I hope this time they will take it.

They advise me to do like that at the info pass and when I called USCIS this morning.

Now the wait is back on.

Got my biometrics appointment today,for 19th June in Phoenix.

Thinking of doing an early walk-in

Does anyone know if an early walk-in will expedite the process?

Some people said it won't expedite your case but it also did for others. I'd say give it a shot, there's nothing to lose.

Had my fingerprints taken last Friday too. I got an update on my I-485 last night. They transferred my case to another office for processing, I am assuming they sent it to the local USCIS office. No updates on my EAD and AP yet

How long does it usually take to get EAD after biometrics?

Still didnt have any change on any of my status:(

I just got my AOS returned. They attached the I-797C but they dont give a spesific reason. I need to start over to all forms. Need help on filling those forms. Any1 who can help me please. I appreciate it.

i don't have an rfe and still have not received my bio. the customer service said after 30 days of receiving your noa and still no bio you can call and they will request a bio for you.

Hey guys

After wining on this forum, i finally received my biometrics appointment letter today in the mail for June 28th, since I got Noa May 8th they scheduled it within the 30 days timeframe.

Its in oakland, does anybody knows if i can do an early walk in and how do I do that? Do I get an info pass and roll in ?

Im so relieved! At least Ill be able to travel! Ill send the RFE as soon as my husband is back (tomorrow) since I need to print the tax thing first and he has to sign one sheet back...

People who are still waiting: I am far away from the final goal, but we need to keep the faith! Its so loooong!

We received a TXT stating that there was a change to our Green Card application. It says that it was transferred, but we do not know if it was transferred to our local office or the CSC. I guess we have to wait for the letter in the mail. Our EAD/AP still has not been touched since our initial application. We completed our Biometrics 5/25 via a walk in.

I got the notice too but yeah it might be CSC or your local USCIS.

Hello guys! Just got back from 4-night stay including my biometrics appointment. The transfer notice was in the mail yesterday and on our way back home today I received text message on an update on our case. So my I-485 application is transferred in CSC... Good luck to all of us!
