Have you sent the form to have text/emails updates? I would say no because you would have receive them. But if they cashed the check, you should receive the NOA hardcopy very soon.

Any updates any who had their biometrics appointment already? I did mine on the 1st. How long should it take?

I completed mine on friday june 1st as well and so far nothing changed on my portfolio...anybody have a touch???

06/01/2012 - Biometrics appointment - Done
07/11/2012 - I-765 - Card production ordered
07/19/2012 - Interview

Had my fingerprints taken last Friday too. I got an update on my I-485 last night. They transferred my case to another office for processing, I am assuming they sent it to the local USCIS office. No updates on my EAD and AP yet :(

How long does it usually take to get EAD after biometrics?

Had my fingerprints taken last Friday too. I got an update on my I-485 last night. They transferred my case to another office for processing, I am assuming they sent it to the local USCIS office. No updates on my EAD and AP yet :(

How long does it usually take to get EAD after biometrics?

There's an estimated adjudication time for EAD on your VJ timeline. I would think that average timeline is accurate. :)

I just read a post, said she got hers 11 days after her biometrics. It would be awesome if we all get ours that soon too.

I hope my timeline is accurate. I have been unemployed for six months now :(

i don't have an rfe and still have not received my bio. the customer service said after 30 days of receiving your noa and still no bio you can call and they will request a bio for you.

day 0 may 7 - mailed application
4 may 11 - email notification from immigration
7 may 14- checked cashed
10 may 17- hard copy noa rcvd for 1-13, ead and i-485
31 june 07- bio appt , walked in at SFO ASC June 20, 2012
june 26 - bio sched
44 june 20- walked in bio
56 july 2 - received notice for interview 8/8 @10:25am
73 july 19 - ead approved, card ordered for production
79 july 25 - ead picked up by usps
81 july 27 - got ead in the mail
93 aug 8 - interview at NBC SF , For further review and Security clearance
99 aug 14 - finally, approval and card production email
100 aug 15 - mailed approval notice for i-130 and i-785

35 june 12 - received letter dated June 12 from USCIS saying i do not need a Bio since they pulled my recent Bio from file

40 june 17 - called USCIS and talked to Tier 2 and was able to get my receipt number to monitor my status online.

2015/05/23- I-797 received

2015/05/30 - biometrics appointment for June 08 (early walk-in)

2015/07/08 - interview notice

Hello,

So finally I resubmitted the all case with a big letter explaining that I have a pending I 130, copy of my case status on line and copy of my all I 130 package,I hope this time they will take it.

They advise me to do like that at the info pass and when I called USCIS this morning.

Now the wait is back on.

Thanks for all your help.

I guess I should become a June filler then.................

April 3rd 2012: I 130 send to Chicago

May 16th 2012: I 485, I 765, I 131 send by USPS priority mail at the Chicago lockbox

May 18th 2012: AOS received and signed by D.Colonna at 2:18pm at Chicago

June 4th 2012: got my all package return, restarting from level zero again :((((

June 6th 2012 Wednesday (day 0): Info pass and resend the whole package by USPS express mail at the chicago lockbox

June 7th 2012 Thursday (day 1) : package received and signed by Arturo B at 11:45 am

June 19th 2012 Tuesday (day 12): text notification that application was received by USCIS

June 20th 2012 Wednesday (day 13): check was cashed

June 26th 2012 Tuesday (day 19): Hardcopy NOA dated June 19th.

June 28th 2012 Thursday (day 21): appointment notice for bio on July 9th at 1:00 pm
