Look at the birth certificate....I would imagine that your name is there as the father. You are listed automatically unless you take action not be be named the father, since you two were married at the time of the birth. Put her down as your child!

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

That was my reasoning, too. But now I understand that LEGALLY, I am the father. And practically, as well, but you can't really prove that with a piece of paper, right? So, when I completed the application I chose to write NONE, just to avoid complications. We'll see what happens...Maybe they don't check these kind of things, although I doubt it.

Meanwhile, I got an InfoPass appointment and I got my passport stampped. Good for a year to work and travel. Good that we can get away to a warmer place for the holidays!:-)

I am not listed as the father, since we were separated at the time of birth. And she doesn't appear on my taxes either, since the biological father wanted to have her on his tax returns.
