When will the new processing dates be posted?

Hi all,

As probably all of you know the last list of processing dates was published September 12th and September 19th for the NBC. I didn't look at them before, so my question is: will they be updated tomorrow, so do they update them regularily?

Esp. the NBC, do the dates change a lot? It's just because my NOA date for the EAD is AUgust 4th and if they still work at the same pace it would mean that I will get my EAD around October 19th. Bottom line is, how reliable are those dates and how often are they updated?

not often changed and not reliable..

They update them monthly. It's usually mid-month but never on an exact date.

As for reliable, I'd say it's the same for any other dates posted... an estimate and not always accurate. Your best bet is to check timelines from the same DO.

Thanks, but when it comes to EAD and AP, there is no rule as it seems. Some people get them within 4 weeks, others wait months despite RFEs or not.

I know that Charlotte (my DO) has a huge waiting time, and not many people on VJ have the same DO, there are only a handful. But the interview is not the problem, we are waiting for EAD and AP.... And so far looking at other people's timelines doesn't really help (as I mentioned, no logic behind that).....
