My NOA2 was approved on March 29, 2012, so it's been over a month now.

I have since called NVC just about every day, trying to be on top of things and get it moving as soon as possible.

As of this morning, NVC still claims they have not received it from USCIS.

I called USCIS and they will get back to me in 2 weeks!!!!

But nobody can give me a straight answer as to where it's located.

Is anybody else having this issue? Is there anyone I can speak with or do?[/font]

Same situation - My petition was approved on 3/26 and I have heard nothing from the NVC either.

I was instructed by an NVC operator to email NVCResearch@state.gov with an explanation and a scanned copy of my I-797 which I did about a week ago. They replied yesterday, telling me that they didn't have my petition and would contact the USCIS about it. I don't know what to expect or when I will hear back :/

NVC has a stupid, long back log right now. It's currently taking 3 or more weeks for cases to arrive from USCIS and another 4 weeks to get NVC case numbers.

Guess, all we can do is wait... at least now I know I'm not alone and it's not like it's lost in the mail. Good luck!!!

I received a noticed from NVC this morning... and I'm not very happy... in it they claim they contacted USCIS and that USCIS will now route my Petition to them... wth!?!?!?!? Just now??? USCIS had told me they had already sent it!!!! It is just my luck, that my paperwork gets delayed for no apparent reason.

I wonder if there is anybody I can put a complaint in with or request that my documents be expedited... I am becoming really anxious I think its starting to make me sick... ugggghhhh...
