I have put together packet 3 and I am about to drop it off at the embassy in Bangkok..

I wanted to know, Where do we pay the fee for the DS230? We do pay a fee for this right?

Also, am I even allowed to drop it off in person or do I have to mail it? (I do not want to mail it because I worry about the information I am providing)

Thanks

Here is the link to Packet 3 and 4 Instructions http://bangkok.usembassy.gov/immigrant_visas/packets.html

Last year when my wife went through this process we mailed, which is the only way Bangkok accepts paperwork, everything and paid the fee when she went to the interview. We sent only copies in the mail and she brought all the copies again and the originals on the day of the interview with the fee. Be careful to read the Dept of State website for the rules on the new fees that went into affect in April this year and has some details concerning the interview date as to what fee amount is due.
