My husband is the petitioner for my ir1 visa. i select immigrant visa, immediate family, then mexico city for acs appt and it says; Visa information for Immigrant Scheduled by NVC - Immediate Family-sponsored at the Tijuana Consulate can be found below. How do I change the consulate? my interview is not in Tijuana, its in Juarez, anyone know how to change that or should i just continue to follow the steps after this appears?
