Hello guys!

It's an honour being part of this fine community and lovely people! I love reading all the wonderful stories people put on here! My name is Oliver and I am from London, UK. I am 25 and I work as an IT Technician & a Film/TV Editor. I met the love of my love back in September 2004, although we were officially a couple back in June 25th 2010. Her name is Maria and lives in Tennessee, USA. I proposed to her on March 29th 2012, and now we are on the road to being together. She has a lot to deal with right now, so I offered to take her place and fill the K-1 forms on her behalf. It ain't gonna be easy, but I am sure with your help we can get approved!

welcome Brock !!

i have a few form suggestions

you being an IT guy(i am an aspiring student for systems and network admin) i suggest print all teh forms

fill in by hand

check and check and check and check them !! then e mail to her and have her check them over and over.once they are correct have her sign and send you the originals for you to send in. it will save half the time in snail mailing back and forth.

they like clean and easy to work with forms.

we had delays(fights LOL) and i messed up sending in papers. but none of our forms were rejected or RFE's .

and once you have the forms correct... do them on the computer and print, then sign.

also do the research on all your forms..

you can have them all before they e mail you back. so if you spend down time getting them ready, as soon as you get an email, you respond with the next form ALREADY proofed and filled out and signed. it will cut down

the time frame of all this paperwork. do it so all you do is add money order for payment,and postage and mail it. no reason to wait for them to say "we recieved form blah blah blah". always have the next step ready to send them.

DO print the ds230 and fill it out as i described. it is a "live" PDF form. if you print or shut off the computer you have to begin all over again. make a correct hand filled in copy,and then do it on the computer and sign it.

ALSO make all biographical info the exact same as you go thru the process. you dont want to miss a job or residence date or something like that.

the forms are read by a scanner, i think that is why clean forms help your case be processed. sign in black ink.

i did have ONE mistake on papers. it was ONE digit in her employment history. be very very thorough in your forms for cleanliness and accuracy.keep copies and keep it

organized.

Just to elt you guys know that I have sent the I-129F to my fiancee so she can add all the appropriate stuff required (US passport, passport photos etc...)

Hopefully she will be sending it by the end of next week!!! Woo hoo!!

Let the waiting game......................BEGIN! :lol:

Just to let you guys know that it took 17 days to get my NOA1! I've been pulling out my hair knowing it would take up to 14 days to get it! lol!

Now all I need is a good hobby to keep me going for the next 5 months...

...thank god I have my xbox lol! :thumbs:
