Awwww thanks Evylin! I ain't nothing special; I'm doing what any other guy would do to ensure his fiancee is well and looked after.

My social life has sure taken a beaten, but its the least I can do to make sure that she is well until I be her husband. But thank you that is very sweet of you to say so!

Hi guys,

You probably haven't seen me on here for a while. A lot has happened and I could really need your help and support.

I've been bottling this up for a while so here goes pouring my heart out:

Her condition has gotten so much worse. Her tumours she had in January were benign and were being shrunk with some medicaitons she has been taking. However a lot of stressful things have happened to her (family members dying, criminial accusations, (you name it it probably happened!)).

Because of this the tumours have come back. One benign, two cancerous. All three lodged at the back of her head, spreading and growing quite rapidly. It was diagnosed only 10 days ago and beleive me it got so bad that for three days she couldnt even recognise me. She thought I was this stranger just staring at her on webcam. Seriously, we have known each other for 9 going on 10 years and she couldnt remember me?! It was deverstating for both of us.

Luckily our engagement video gradually made her remember. But you can see how bad this situation is. I mean what if this happens again and she cant remember me and she aborts our petition or something? I tried to contact the USCIS but they were incredibiily rude and inseneitive and can only speak to the petitioner (i.e. my fiancee).

She is in no state of mind to call them, she has enough on her plate. The only thing is what do I do? I mean, is there a way I can get them to understand the situation? Afterall when she was declared officially disabled by the state of TN, they appointed me as her carer. Surely that would carry some weight in this situation?

I just need some advice and some help. Anything would be appreciated!

Awww Brock I'm sorry for everything you both are going through. The only thing I can think of, but I have NO CLUE if it can be done at this stage, is trying to expedite based on her current medical condition? Then again, she would have to do that and if she's not doing well, it may not be the easiest task.

What's the prognosis?

What about contacting her senator or local government authority in the state of TN? Would anyone there be any assistance or know anything about speeding up the K1 visa?

I don't think it will harm your case if you try, I would if I was you

The only thing is, it looks like it has to come from your fiancee... You can contact your congress person or a senator but I am not quite sure how can they help... it is usually that the USC wants to expedite the case rather than the other way around... I haven't read anything similar to your case to be honest so it might not be easy... As I said I am not too familiar but you might need to get a lawyer involved...

I just wish it could be both parties (petitioner and alien fiancee) that can get an update or query about the visa, it would make this situation a whole lot better. She is in hospital for a few days, but I just dont wanna stress her out.

Oh no A very unique situation, one that I don't have any answers to ... I agree with attempting to expedite based on her medical condition, though. It could get you to the US faster to be with her, since you are listed as her carer. I'm sorry to read this and I hope that everything works out for the best. Good luck!
