So despite our mishap with our cosponsor we r still preparing we r double checking everything today because tomorrow is a holiday in gh. So we have our appt letter, visa application, medical exam results, passport photos, passport, birth certificate, police records, my divorce papers, lease, utility bill, 6 letters 3 from both our moms brother and sister and step dad supporting our marriage,i 864 tax transcripts paystubs,ticket confirmation from trips to gh, whatsapp chats, facebook chats, pictures ofwedding and reg pictures. I rather have too much then too little but is there anythingelse u guys can think of

Ghana consulate requires the I-864 affidavit of support form? Just asking, because this form is supposed to be used at the AOS stage, and I-134 is the one for the K-1 interview.

Consider reposting your IR-1/CR-1 visa issue in the correct forum. The requirements and forms are a little different than for a K-1 visa and may tend to confuse new folks here in the K-1 visa forum.

I posted this in the wrong forum earlier,so reposting here. Lol. So despite,our mishap with our cosponsor we r still holding our heads high. We have our appt letter,visa application, I 864, tax transcripts, pay stubs, both birth cert,passports, 2 passport photos, police records,medical exam results, 3 letters from my mom,stepdad and brother, 3 letters from his mom uncle and sister, whats app chats, fbook chats, phone records, ticket receipts from travel, cards, pictures of wedding and random pictures visa fees, lease, utility bill, divorce decree what else do we need, we made copies of everything

Received RFE: 5/13/2013 (We forgot to include proof of citizenship of co-sponsor)

Mailed our response to the RFE: 5/15/2013 (We sent the co-sponsor's U.S. birth certificate)

Biometrics Appointment: 5/20/13

EAD: arrived 6/24/13

AOS: APPROVED! No interview! Approval (NOA-1 letter)Date: 9/24/2013

2 year conditional green card received 09/2013.

10 year permanent residency approved 2016.
