So I have been following the threads lately about the price drop to $230 for the IV fee. However I am a bit confused for the AOS fee. I read on here that the AOS fee was being dropped (The $88). Is this true? I've read a few people here who have gotten the invoices for AOS generated just a few days ago and paid it. So is it $230 IV + $88 AOS?

I just got my NVC Case Number today. Logged in and filled out the DS-261.

In the login menu which shows the DS-261 it says:

Affidavit of Support (AOS) Fees: Not Paid

IV Application Processing Fees: Not Available

But then when I click on the "Not Paid" on the AOS to pay it, it takes me to the invoicing page. On the invoicing page under Affidavit of Support (AOS) Fees it is blank (no petitioner name, no fee amount, basically nothing is there). Under the IV Application Processing Fees it has my spouses name, etc, but says NOT INVOICED.

So basically I understand it takes a few days for it to be invoiced, but what about AOS? Is it normal that it is blank, will it be updated with my information (the petitioner) and the fee soon? Cause it is worrying me because the other portal says the AOS fee is "Not Paid" but the invoicing page doesn't have any entry of an AOS fee for me.

The AOS fee is still $88.00

IV fee is now $230.00

And yes, that's how it will show up until the bills are invoiced. Once you are able to pay the blue button will take you to the payment page. If you are using Firefox, the invoice page will show up funky and you will not be able to pay the fees once they are invoiced. Use internet explorer. Some people have been able to use Chrome with no issues.

AOS fee will be invoiced any time now.

IV fee will not be invoiced until you fill out and they accept the DS-261.
