Hi VJs,

Have the VSC employees gone on vacation? They quit giving out approvals (NOA2s. Does anyone know what has happen? December & January 2012 filers are becoming over due for their NOA2s.

01/09/2012 - Sent to TSC

01/10/2012 - Received by TSC, transferred to VSC

01/13/2012 - check cleared bank and email from USCIS

01/17/2012 - NOA from VSC Receipt # notice no case #

it could be because of TPS temporary protection status. people from countrys that have wars civil unrest,any body from those countrys is eligble to say here temporary, sayrian,elsalvador,haiti,honduras.nicaragua,somalia,sudan,you are currently designated for tips.if granted you are not removal from the united states.www.uscis.gov/tps vsc employees are working on the tps.
