Hey Tony!

Please cross check with the Guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide and you should be fine, just make sure that all signatures (his/hers) are original for the G-325A and the letter of intent.

You DO NOT need to send copy of your Tax Returns, W2s or the I-134 form at this stage. That will need to be presented by your fiancee at the time of the interview (a few months down the road). You also, do not need the FC-029, but I guess it doesn't hurt to send it.

Once again, cross check with the GUIDE I linked good.gif and go over ALL the forms... make sure you dotted your i's and crossed your t's

You do not send the affidavit of support with the petition, that's for the interview at the embassy, so is the tax papers and W-2 forms.

We also included all pages of both our passports to show that the passport stamps match the boarding passes.

In the guide here they also suggest making a cover letter. One question: what is the FC-029? Good luck!

The I-134 is for the Consulate stage of your visa journey, see this guide.

http://www.visajourn...content/k1guide What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2)

Also I don't think you need to send tax forms at this stage but someone else on VJ could correct me on this.

Have thought about a cover letter?

One question: what is the FC-029? Good luck!

http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

It is an old form that is no longer needed, and has not been for many years as I understand it. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/FC-029.pdf

That and the Request for Provisional File are still listed under the example forms for a K-1 here on VJ though. Neither is needed or used anymore though.
