NOA 2 Question!

Hi all, my wife's I-130 was recently approved according to the USCIS website. When I punched in my receipt number from the NOA 1, it gave me a message saying that the petition had been accepted on April 23rd. How long until I get a hardcopy with new recepit number? Don't I need that new number to contact the NVC about my case number? With my NOA 1 I got a confirmation email and a hard copy a few days later. The NOA 2 did not give me an email and the hardcopy hasn't been delivered to my US address. How long does it take generally and should I have gotten a confirmation email for the NOA 2 like I did for the NOA 1? Please let me know if you can help. Thanks in advance.

Paul
