NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

They let your husband go into the exam room too? That's awesome! I'm so glad it went smoothly for you :) On Thursday, you'll find out you passed no problems - I'm sure :D

Thank you Shell im so happy everything is good.The receptionist told me if we give you the envolope that means you are passed and if we dont we will call you.I was all good she said.Yeah they let my husband come and joke is that your body gaurd? :P

My x-ray came in an unsealed envelope so I could put the disc in my computer and look at it lol. Are you going to look at yours? :)

WOW! thats awsome!!! Shell im very excited about next next week.I will see you on May 22,2012. :ot: The lady who took my X Ray asked for my birthday & i said MAy 21st and Said what that's also my birthday!! :o First time in my life i find a person with a same date of birth. :lol:

11/10/2011---- NOA1 email received

11/14/2011---- Touched

1/4/2012 ------ RFE ( Request for Evidence ) email received

1/13/2012------ RFE document mailed to USCIS

1/25/2012------ NOA2 APPROVED ( Yahoooooooo )

NVC Stage

1/31/2012-------Case received at NVC

2/08/2012------- Case number received, IIN, both petitionner and benificiary email given

2/08/2012------- DS 3032 ( choice of agent ) emailed to NVC

2/10/2012------- AOS fee bill paid ( status: in progress)

2/13/2012--------DS 3032 accepted

2/14/2012-------- AOS fee bill shows " PAID" and IV fee bill invoiced

2/16/2012-------- IV fee bill shows " PAID"

2/17/2012-------- IV package sent via USPS

2/24/2012-------- IV package reviewed and accepted

3/27/2012-------- AOS checklist express mailed via USPS

3/28/2012-------- AOS Checklist received by NVC

3/30/2012-------- Case Complete ( Thank you Lord )

WOW! thats awsome!!! Shell im very excited about next next week.I will see you on May 22,2012. :ot: The lady who took my X Ray asked for my birthday & i said MAy 21st and Said what that's also my birthday!! :o First time in my life i find a person with a same date of birth. :lol:

It's going to be great to get those done! I'm SO NERVOUS!!! Yes, I will see you May 22 :) Your birthday's May 21? Awesome - well, happy birthday to you :D When I was a young girl, I had a teacher (in 8th grade) that had my same birthday. And apparently in high school, I didn't know this until after but there was another kid with the same birthday as me LOL. Apparently July 9th is a good day for a birthday? :P (Yes, I just noticed - POE for me is hopefully 1 month before my birthday wheee!! :) )

I already saw after i did my Xray.The lady show me. :blush:

She did, really? I had an older guy do my x-ray...didn't get to see it until last Friday. That's OK. I saved it onto my computer and sent it to Travis LOL, so he could see too :)

In what cases your Medical could be an obstacle to a visa issuance?

I think it's if you've got a communicable disease (like syphilis, AIDS, etc), if you've got TB and haven't been treated, if you've got a condition (mental or physical) that makes you a danger to yourself or others...if you haven't gotten and refuse to get your shots done...that sort of thing.

USCIS (192 days, August 24 2011 to March 2 2012. No RFE's).
NVC (30 days, March 12 to April 11. Case expedited due to NVC errors).

Montreal US Consulate, awaiting interview date (14 days, April 12 to April 26).

05/09/2012 - medical in Toronto - passed!
05/22/2012 - interview - passed!
05/25/2012 - visa in hand!!! biggrin.png
06/09/2012 - POE @ YWG (Winnipeg Int'l Airport)

Removal of Conditions submitted March 24, 2014, received March 26, 2014

"RFE" for page 3 of application received, date March 27, 2014. Package re-submitted with all papers re-attached.

04/07/2014 - NOA1 Date

05/07/2014 - Biometrics in Charlotte, NC

11/05/2014 - APPROVED! Citizenship in 5 months!

11/10/2014 - NOA2 in hand.

11/20/2014 - 10 yr GC in hand! :D
